Hall hire

We have a large hall and various meeting rooms available for hire at reasonable rates for community groups, classes, public meetings and events.

The four air-conditioned spaces we have for hire are:

  • Hall - seat up to 120 people for a meeting or event

  • Upper Meeting Room with kitchenette - seat 30 people for a meeting

  • Lower Meeting Room

  • Creche Room.

Standard hire rates

  • Hall hire - $48.30 per hour (including GST).

  • Room hire - $42 per hour (including GST).

Notes: 

  • Discounts are available for not-for-profit groups and long-term usage, contact us for more information.

  • Includes chairs and tables use in a variety of formats.

  • For one-off use, a minimum booking is 3 hours.

  • There is wheelchair access to the hall, as well as accessible amenities.

  • Compatibility with our organisational values may be considered as part of the hall hire application process.

  • A security deposit is required to process the booking, with 50% of the hiring cost required a fortnight before the event.

  • You must have public liability insurance (if you need to apply for some, please consider using NFP).
